Nothing in our regular service area, $29 in our extended service area (see map). We only charge you for the work performed and our rates are competitive. You don't pay extra if we have to come out more than once for the same job.
How long in advance do I need to schedule?
It varies. Often you won't have to wait more than 1 to 3 business days. Sometimes we will come out to you on the same day. In April and May and after the first snow storm, wait time may reach 2-3 weeks.
Do I have to be home at the time of service?
No. You may leave the equipment out or unlocked.
How do I pay you?
Payment can be made by check or cash at the time of service. If no one's home, you can mail your payment. Your invoice will be left on the equipment, at the front door or sent to you by email at the end of the day.
Do you have the right parts for me?
We have everything for routine maintenance and most common repairs, for most brands. Parts that are not in stock will be ordered and the job will be completed upon arrival. There is no extra charge for the follow up call.
How does your scheduling work?
When you book on line, or call for service, you will be assigned a day. The approximate time of your appointment is only known on the night before the appointment date and will be included in a reminder email, or phone call, that will be sent or made then. We are usually pretty punctual but there are circumstances beyond our control that may cause our schedule to change. If we anticipate more than 1 hour departure from the scheduled time, we'll do our best to let you know.
What kind of equipment do you service?
We service riders and walk-behinds (whether self propelled or push), snow throwers, mowers, chipper/shredders or walk-behind leaf blowers. We also provide engine-only service for generators, power washers and other equipment that is powered by gas engine up to 27 HP. We don't service handheld equipment such as chain saws, weed whackers, leaf blowers etc. We service all brands.
How do I know if my equipment was fixed?
If no one's home, a service tag will be left on the equipment letting you know that we were there and the status of the repair - such as if parts are needed, completed, not repaired etc.
